We only collect personal data that you choose to give us directly, through the Contact page or the Partner Application page. Depending on which form you use, this may include:

We also use a cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics service (Vercel Analytics) to understand overall traffic to this website. It does not use cookies or collect data that identifies you individually.

Form submissions are transmitted by email to our team via a third-party transactional email provider (Resend) and stored in our business email inbox. This website itself is hosted by Vercel Inc.

7. The KituBox software products themselves

This policy covers only the kitubox.co.ke marketing website. Data you enter into the KituBox POS, ERP, HR, Payroll, or CRM applications themselves (customer records, employee records, sales data, and so on) is controlled by the business using that software as the data controller, is stored primarily on that business's own device, and is governed by the terms agreed at the time of licensing, not by this page.
