When a connection returns, everything reconciles to the cloud automatically, and KRA eTIMS submission completes in the background.
Is KituBox compliant with KRA eTIMS?
Yes. KituBox POS and KituBox ERP both generate eTIMS-ready invoices with OSCU/VSCU configuration. Because the software is offline-first, a sale is never blocked waiting on eTIMS: the receipt prints immediately as "eTIMS-pending," and the signature reconciles with KRA the moment connectivity returns. The ERP's VAT summary report shows exactly which invoices are still pending, so you always know your real compliance position.
Does KituBox support M-Pesa?
Yes, across the suite. KituBox POS takes M-Pesa STK Push at the till alongside cash and credit. KituBox CRM can send an M-Pesa payment request directly from a lead and surfaces unmatched C2B payments for reconciliation. KituBox ERP reconciles M-Pesa transactions against the ledger.
Can KituBox handle Kenyan statutory payroll (PAYE, NSSF, SHIF, Housing Levy)?
Yes. KituBox Payroll calculates PAYE on the current graduated bands, NSSF Tier I and Tier II, SHIF at 2.75% of gross, the 1.5% Affordable Housing Levy, the NITA training levy, and applies personal, insurance, and pension relief automatically, with the 2/3 rule enforced on voluntary deductions. Rates are effective-dated, so a rerun of a past pay period uses the rate that applied at the time.
